Jean-Sébastien’s love for organization, structure, and tidiness isn’t a recent development. He’s always been someone who appreciates cleanliness. As a child (9-10 years old), he enjoyed playing a game of his own invention: “The White Tornado.” The goal was quite simple: take a messy room hostage and become a superhero with super tidying powers! After working in cleaning throughout his teenage years, the next step was obvious. Today, he works with his team to make your spaces as beautiful as the day they were built.

Management and Strategic Planning
Cédric is responsible for operations at ECN and ensures that everything runs smoothly in the field, both in terms of team coordination and service quality. With a background in restaurant work and sales, he has developed a strong client-focused approach and a great ability to adapt to a wide range of situations. Today, he plays a key role in organizing operations, supporting managers, and continuously improving processes. He is also pursuing studies in Operations Management at HEC Montréal. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature, whether camping, hiking, or fishing.

Assistant Director of Operations
Viky is a spontaneous and cheerful young mother of two energetic little boys to whom she wants to give much of her time. She enjoys outdoor walks and outings at sea. After earning a diploma in secretarial studies and gaining some years of experience, she has been working in the cleaning industry for the past three years. The rigidity of office hours no longer suited her, and she had a revelation during her first pregnancy when she became very organized and particular about cleanliness—to the point where she jokingly refers to it as an obsession. No trace of a mop can resist her! She also works with her mentor, Vanessa, who is also part of the ECN team.

With his studies in design and experience as a jeweler for luxury brands, Ananda has developed unmatched meticulousness and attention to detail. He moved to Quebec nearly 5 years ago, and although the climate isn’t as tropical as in Mauritius and he’s far from his loved ones, this outdoor and cycling enthusiast quickly felt at home and started a new family here! Since then, he has accumulated several years of experience in a variety of cleaning contracts, ranging from airports to laboratories and banks, ultimately becoming part of our team.

Meet our vibrant Melinda! At 15, she left Hungary to join the rest of her family in Canada. She worked as a collections agent for several years, but the office job dimmed her passion. She then turned to housekeeping, a field that allowed her to combine her passions with her work: walking and exercise. Unfortunately, COVID impacted her job at a long-term care home, but fortunately for us, she joined our team and has felt completely in her element ever since! In her free time, she dedicates herself to helping people with the French language and their integration. Her number one priority, both personally and professionally, is to always do things with love. With her good humour and simplicity, Melinda will sweep everyone off their feet.
